Urgent support issues — Call us first at 916-988-2162.  If we are unable to return your call within thirty minutes, please call the mobile number that we have provided for client use in such situations.

We make every effort to resolve emergencies as they arise.  In doing so we must at times re-schedule non-emergency support.  If we call to re-schedule your support because of an emergency, your understanding will be greatly appreciated.
