There was also a hidden GPS location option to make sure the technician was actually in front of the QR code and not scanning a copy of the QR code from the local coffee shop. Only then could he then go to the second form where he could record the water chemistry data. The date and time was again automatically recorded to show when this last form and the service call was completed.
